We first met John Cash around 2001. By this time, we had already made several trips to Treasure Cay. We decided to start looking at properties more out of curiosity than a desire to purchase at the time. John understood that we really were not in a position to purchase yet. However, he took an afternoon, showed us several properties and took the time to explain how purchasing in The Bahamas worked.
Fast forward to 2014. We had decided it was time to purchase and had found a property through a bank. The bank could not tell us if the furniture was included. They also did not tell us that it was the only unit that did not have a dock. We decided we needed John Cash again. He found us a nice condominium at Royal Palm, with furniture, a boat dock and a lift! John knows people in town and knows how to get things done.
